Shipping Policies
It is our policy to offer quality products and we hope you will be happy with all your purchases. We are proud to be one of the largest retailers for Ditz Designs on the East Coast.
We usually process your order in 2-4 days. We are currently offering a SPECIAL $7.50 shipping charge per order up to 5lbs which includes the Ditz Medium and Small Hugs, both sizes of Jointed Bears and all Rugs. The rest of the Ditz products require extra shipping costs. These will be clearly marked on their respective pages and we will only charge the amount it costs us for shipping. (You will see $7.50 on your order form which we cannot change at this time and apologize for any confusion).
Sales tax applicable to orders within the State of Virginia. Camelot Bears of Williamsburg, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We can only ship within the continuous USA. Additional shipping fees apply for items sent to Alaska.
