Delivery/Shipping Policies
We usually process your order in 2-4 days and ship by DHL. We are currently offering a SPECIAL $7.50 shipping charge per order except for Ditz Footstools and Standing Bears plus other larger items such as Ditz Large Hugs, Giant Panda from Melissa & Doug etc. These are clearly marked on their respective pages and we only charge the amount it costs us for shipping. Sales tax applicable to orders within the State of Virginia. Camelot Bears of Williamsburg, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We can only ship within the continuous USA. Additional shipping fees apply for items sent to Alaska.

Cancellation Policy

Guarantees/Returns and Exchanges
When you receive your purchase, if you are not satisfied, simply return it within 15 days. We'll gladly exchange it or refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. Returned merchandise must be sent prepaid shipping as Camelot Bears will not accept C.O.D's or collect shipments. Merchandise must be shipped back to us in unused and saleable condition and in original packaging with original invoice. The Post Office will not deliver to our store address so be sure to contact us first before returning any item.
